This Privacy Policy belongs to the Walla Walla Valley Wine Alliance (“WWVWA”). WWVWA is the sole owner of the information collected on http://www.wallawallawine.com. WWVWA collects information from our users at different points on our Web site.

If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter(s) or other communications, we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. Out of respect for your privacy, we provide you a way to unsubscribe.

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each newsletter or communication.

Orders

Products can be shipped to all 50 states. However, we do not ship internationally, nor do we ship to U.S. Protectorates.

This Privacy Policy for Members supplements the Walla Walla Valley Wine Alliance general privacy policy and supercedes it only to the extent stated below.

Registration and Profiles
We will provide you with registration and log-in information for the site. We will track your use of the site when you enter in your log-in identification to determine when you have updated your profile and changes to our database. Information you enter into your profiles will be provided to visitors to the site. We reserve the right to edit your profile to make corrections, remove any content that is inappropriate, offensive, illegal, or infringe or violates the rights of third parties.

Bulletin Boards/Chat Rooms
If you use a bulletin board or chat room on this site, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used by others.
